The artist’s concept: the first breath of life
The fifth day is an explosion of life in two elements: the deep sea and the air. Creatures move and multiply, and the world fills with movement, sound and breath. For the first time life is blessed and given the ability to continue by reproducing. The concept is the act of existence itself: a divine impulse of birth, in which life enters the world lightly, like an echo of the first breath.
